The short answerMost booking problems start with a copy: a rate pasted into a spreadsheet, a booking retyped into another system. niftiOS connects to the supplier's own system instead.

Rates are live. When a traveler books, the reservation is made in the supplier's system right then. Cancellations go through the same way. Nothing waits in an inbox for someone to key in later.

Every request and reply is kept, so when a question comes up about a booking, there's a record instead of a guess. A bot guard keeps search-engine crawlers from triggering supplier calls, so the connection works for travelers, not robots.

Not every supplier has a live system, and they don't need one to start: niftiOS also takes rate sheets and stock files into the same engine.
