For rental companies

Your cars. More ways to sell them.

For independent operators: one system for your rates and categories, a booking site under your brand, and a cleaner way to work with brokers and travel sellers.

What should car rental reservation software include?

The short answerAt minimum: live availability and rates, clear car categories, a booking flow customers can finish on a phone, card payments, cover options explained in plain words, and one place where your team sees every booking and change. If you sell through brokers, add a way to share rates with them.

Can I use it without replacing my current system?

Often, yes. Many operators keep their fleet and counter software and use a booking layer on top. We look at what you run today in the demo and tell you honestly whether niftiOS fits alongside it.

How do I get my fleet listed with brokers?

Brokers need your rates, availability, car categories and terms in a form their systems can read, usually XML, plus an agreement on commission or net rates. Clean ACRISS car codes make you much easier to list. Try the car code decoder.

Is a WordPress plugin enough?

For a small fleet taking direct bookings, sometimes. It gets harder when you need live supplier or broker connections, several currencies, cover rules by country and a team console. That is the point where a dedicated system earns its keep.
