No-show

The short answerWhen a renter doesn't pick up the car and didn't cancel before the deadline.
What it means
A no-show is a booking where the customer doesn't arrive to collect the car and didn't cancel in time. Rental companies may release the car to someone else after a set wait. For prepaid bookings, a no-show often means part or all of the payment isn't refunded.
Why it matters
If your flight is delayed, adding the flight number to the booking and contacting the seller can stop a late arrival from being treated as a no-show.
