Quote engine

Every price follows rules you set. Margin rules by supplier, vehicle class, season and cover level, ranked by priority. Rules that apply only from a minimum rental length, or only to one customer currency, each with its own rounding. Live exchange rates with an adjustable buffer per currency, so travelers see prices in their own. A minimum profit per booking, so short rentals never sell too thin.

The engine takes net rates (adding your margin) or retail rates (earning a commission). Live rates that look like errors are hidden instead of sold. Staff can see how any price was built, step by step, and the price your team quotes on the phone is the same price the site shows.

There's also an optional setting to price against known competitor rates, never below the floor you set.
